About Zenzo

Learning that helps you act with greater understanding.

Zenzo is an open digital learning project that develops structured learning for practical capability, informed agency and greater independence.

We believe useful learning should be accessible to people with different resources, responsibilities and starting points. Our work connects explanation with practice so that learners can make something they can use: a clearer picture of their situation, a considered decision, a workable plan or evidence of a capability.

Start with a practical foundation

Our first curriculum, Operating Base, helps learners understand present conditions, manage immediate pressures, examine uncertainty, organise commitments, protect digital access and take focused action. Its lessons include original explanations, exercises, named sources and review dates.

Greater agency includes knowing when to seek help, cooperate or reconsider. We recognise that people's choices are shaped by money, health, institutions and circumstances as well as individual capability.

Who stewards Zenzo

Zenzo is currently stewarded by Ranjit Singh through RJ Paradigm Ltd. Ranjit is responsible for its direction and editorial decisions. The project is at an early stage and does not currently have an independent governing board.

Our Charter makes our commitments visible and provides a basis for questioning how we work. Changes to stewardship or those commitments will be recorded publicly.

What learners can expect

Core learning is free. Sources and practical boundaries are visible. The current site uses no learner accounts or central progress database: completion progress stays in your browser and can be exported, printed or cleared. Private worksheets remain with you unless you choose to share them.

Original educational materials are openly licensed as explained on our Licensing page. You can follow the learning method, inspect its sources and raise concerns about material that needs correction.

Our scope

Zenzo provides general learning, not professional accreditation or personalised advice. Future schools must meet our published standards for need, stewardship, evidence, practice, safety and maintenance before they are offered.
